The rail slide is a great addition to any production. Simplicity is the key. No rail no problem. Any smooth surface will work. When on track going from over slung to under slung by picking the unit up turning it over and placing it back on the track. The dimensions are 16" by 16".  The width of the rail slide can be changed by simply replacing the 1" rods. The joystick connects to the motor with a standard 1/4" stereo cable. The cable can be found at Radio Shack or other electronics stores. The cable can be extended up to 100'. The speed of the unit ranges from 1’ in 10 seconds to 1’ per second. Other options are available for faster speeds. The Railslide Dolly is available with motors capable of repeatable moves controlled with a laptop for an additional cost of $1,295.00.
